Give energy to your life with natural NON-GMO Sugar.

Sugar, a natural sweetener, has played a major role in the health and prosperity of people since ancient times as a medicine and an important source of energy. Molasses sugar in particular is rich in minerals, has a gentle sweetness, and is full of umami. Relation between sugar and activities of life. Normally, the only source of nutrition for the brain is glucose. Carbohydrate is one of the three main nutrition. Of these three, sugar is relatively faster to be decomposed into a monosaccharide compared to polysaccharide like grain and noodle, which makes absorption faster. It is very effective when an energy needs to be replenished quickly. An urge for something sweet is due to an instinctive demand for energy. Normally, the only source of nutrition for brain is glucose, but the brain cannot preserve it. The main ingredient of sugar is glucose and sucrose combined with fructose and, therefore allows an easy absorption of glucose. If you are feeling tired from intensive studying or long-hour driving, you may consider consume sweet drinks containing sugar or eat a sweet confectionery. The sweetness of sugar should refresh you. Is sugar the cause of diabetes?
Diabetes is a malfunction of carbohydrate metabolism.
The name "diabetes" is a misleading term that literally indicates sickness due to overconsumption of sugar to cause one's urine to contain glucose. But this is a misunderstanding. Diabetes is a lifestyle diseases caused by the impaired secretion of a hormone called insulin, which is an abnormality of carbohydrate metabolism due to functional failure to effectively use blood glucose in the human body. Diabetes is attributable to causes like genetic factor, lack of exercise, overeating, stress, etc., and does not mean that one is exempt from diabetes by not eating sugar.

Uses For Molasses Sugar

Molasses sugar (molasses, a sugar-refining byproduct) is used across a wide range
of industries,  primarily the food and beverages, animal feed, and biofuel sectors.

Food and Beverages Industry
In the food industry, molasses is valued as a natural sweetener, flavor enhancer,
and colorant.  Specific applications include:

  • Baking and Confectionery: Used in items like dark rye breads, gingerbread,  cookies,                                                                                                      liquorice,  and toffees. It is also the key ingredient that makes brown sugar brown.
  • Sauces and Syrups: A common ingredient in barbecue sauces, ketchups, sweet mustards,                                                                                                         and  specialty syrups.
  • Beverages and Distilling: The principal ingredient in the distillation of rum and a minor                                                                                                ingredient  in certain beer styles like stouts and porters.
  • Other Food Products: Used in the production of yeast, citric acid, vinegar, and flavor                                                                                                                enhancers like MSG.
Animal Feed Industry
Molasses is a significant component in the animal feed industry due to its high energy
content and palatability.

  • It is used as an energy-rich supplement for livestock such as cattle, pigs, and poultry.
  • It serves as a binder for compound feeds, helping to improve feed efficiency and                                                                                                                animal health.
Biofuel Industry
A major industrial application is the production of bioethanol (ethanol for fuel).
  • The sugars in molasses are fermented by microorganisms to produce alcohol,                                                                                                                           which is used to create sustainable biofuel alternatives to fossil fuels.
  • Countries with large sugarcane industries, such as Brazil and India, extensively use                                                                                                                  molasses for this purpose.
Other Industrial and Agricultural Uses

Beyond food, feed, and fuel, molasses has several niche industrial applications:

  • Agriculture: Used as a liquid fertilizer and soil amendment to promote beneficial                                                                                                                       microbial activity and healthy plant growth.
  • Chemical/Pharmaceutical: Serves as a raw material (carbon source) in the fermentation                                                                                                       of various biochemical compounds, including vitamins, amino acids, and lactic acid.
  • Construction/Manufacturing: Used as a binder in the manufacture of coal and steel briquettes,                                                                                               and as an additive in mortar for brickwork.
  • Environmental Remediation: Used in bioremediation processes as a carbon source to feed                                                                                                microorganisms that help clean up contaminants in soil and water.
  • Plastics: Emerging applications include use in the production of bioplastics and other                                                                                                              sustainable materials.
